Rooms: 2nd floor – Primrose; Exhibition – Violet/Orchid; Lunch

There is no room block or special tariffs available for a guest room, you have to make your own reservation.

Guests:

  • Chinese receptive operators with or without ADS
  • Receptive operators in the area; Chinese, Korean, South East, Taiwanese, etc.
  • Max. 2 people per company with some exceptions

Exhibitors:

  • Hotel, restaurants, services, attractions, cruises, etc.
  • Limited to 20 companies or 20 people, whichever comes first

Deadline to register:

October 25, 2019

Schedule:

Time schedule might vary, depending on different factors; weather, people, etc. Based on the 2018 event.

9 h 30 – Time to set up your table and last information.
10 h 30 – First guest arrives and beginning of the marketplace (2019 – extended time)
12 h 30 – Lunch time
14 h – Raffles
15 h 30 – End of the event

Lunch:

New in 2019 – Chinese food with sticks and cutlery. Lady Susan in the middle of the table as a Chinese restaurant. During lunch time, looping PowerPoint presentation with logo and 5 pictures of all exhibitors, plus videos with no sound for our sponsors.

Please indicate if any food allergy on your registration form.

Exhibition:

Important details that you have to keep in mind:

  • 1 TABLE = 3′ from a table of 6′ or ½ of a 6′ table.
  • No electricity
  • No roll up unless it can be put on your table
  • One table draped as per your choice and against the wall
  • One sign per company
  • Company includes in the Exhibitors’ List
  • Complete report with business cards, within 10 days

2019 Prices* per representative:

$980 One representative with one (1) table
$875 One representative sharing one (1) table
$650 Extra representative from the same company, sharing one (1) table
$750 Extra representative from the same company, with two (2) tables.

Conditions:

The sooner you register, the sooner we will include your name in our mailing to our guests. You must provide us, for the looping PowerPoint presentation:

  • Logo
  • Five images high quality

Sponsorship:

Sponsorships are available on a first-come, first-serve basis

  • $500 each

You will receive:

  1. Your logo on all mailings and on the Exhibitors’ List
  2. Video (no sound) in the presentation during meal
  3. Mention during lunch time.

Choices of:

  1. Wine during the meal – 1 sponsorship
  2. Centerpiece – 1 sponsorship – awarded to clients during a draw by you
  3. Badges – 1 sponsorship – if you have already badge to your logo
  4. 8-minute presentation during the meal – 3 sponsorships
  5. Bags

Option:

  • $100 each – Video (no sound) in the presentation during meal

Raffles:

You keep the certificate with you, but you let us know if you are giving something. During the meal, you will be called to the front to draw from the business cards of clients picked up at check-in, or you can give it to a person of your choice.

Winners must be be present.

Cancellation:

• 30 days or more – Refund minus $150 administration fee
• 29 days or less – No refund

*Taxes:

All prices do not include the 13% HST tax.
